Truth is a faith-led clothing and prayer-journal brand based in Ireland, operated by Kate O'Mara. For the personal data described here, Truth is the “data controller” — we decide why and how it is used.

We only collect what we need:

• Email address — when you join our newsletter or clothing waitlist. • Name, email and message — when you use the contact form. • Order details — your name, delivery address, email and what you bought, when you place an order with us directly (clothing, once it launches). • Limited technical data — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics from our privacy-friendly analytics (Umami), which does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not see or store your card details. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider (Stripe, once direct sales launch).

Prayer journals are currently sold through Amazon. When you buy a journal on Amazon, Amazon is the seller and handles your data under Amazon's own privacy policy — this policy covers truthchristianclothing.com only.

• To send you newsletters, waitlist updates and offers — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. • To answer your enquiries — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in helping you. • To process, deliver and support your orders — on the basis of performing our contract with you. • To keep the site secure and understand how it is used — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website. Our analytics are anonymous and aggregated.

We never sell your personal data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Truth, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security. • Resend — sending our emails and managing our mailing list. • Umami — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. • Stripe — secure card payment processing (for direct sales, once launched). • Amazon — for journals bought through Amazon (Amazon is the seller).

Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.

We keep your data only as long as we need it. Newsletter and waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Under GDPR and Irish data-protection law you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent to marketing at any time (every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link).
