About these terms
truthchristianclothing.com is operated by Truth, a faith-led clothing and prayer-journal brand based in Ireland (Kate O'Mara). You can contact us at hello@truthchristianclothing.com; full business contact details are available on request.
These terms apply when you use our website or buy directly from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
How an order is made
When you place an order with us directly, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted — and the contract formed — only when we send you an order-confirmation email. If we can't accept your order (for example an item is out of stock or mispriced), we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
We do our best to show products, colours and details accurately, but slight variation is normal, especially with hand-finished garments.
Prayer journals are currently sold through Amazon. Those purchases are between you and Amazon under Amazon's own terms; the order terms here apply to items bought directly from us.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices from time to time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Direct card payments are processed securely by Stripe once direct sales launch; we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery areas, times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Because you buy online, you have a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel for any reason, plus our 30-day goodwill window, and your full statutory rights if something is faulty. The full detail — how to start a return, who pays postage and how refunds work — is on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.
Our responsibilities and yours
We'll provide goods that match their description, are of merchantable quality and fit for purpose, as the law requires. We don't exclude or limit our liability for anything that can't lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.
The content on this site — text, images, designs and the Truth name and artwork — belongs to Truth and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please email hello@truthchristianclothing.com first — we'd always rather put it right directly.
You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
